It’s that time of year again! Man, it sure goes faster & faster every year am I right?

Gifts within the fitness/health space are hard. It puts the gift giver in an awkward spot, as the person receiving the gift might not know what to ask for in the first place. I know within my self I have always felt bad asking for equipment as that can really rack up. Then I know my family is always in a hard spot thinking “Are we telling her she needs to lose weight?”

This is why I have done the hard work for you and found some gifts that aren’t going to break the bank but also be fun and useful for you to put on your list or even surprise your fitness loving friend!

Gear

1. Shaker bottles.

Shaker bottles are something I feel I never have enough of. To make it a little more fun if you know of some favorite supplements or stick packs to add to the water they drink. I love the studded one in the picture you can replace it with a regular straw cup lid! Check it out here

2. Water bottles

Cups regardless the kind is great idea for anyone. Water bottles are staples for gym bags and all that water will help with recovery and all the major functions of the body! If you are looking for something bigger than the one in the picture check out these bigger bottles here.

3. Yoga Mat

If they work out at home or if they workout in the gym, having your own yoga mat is always nice!

4. Gym Bag

What is better than to have than something to stuff all your “crap” in. Extra clothes, wipes for your face, extra deodorant, head phones, yoga mat, bands and all your other gear to give you the best workout!

5. Socks

A good cushioned sock is always nice to have for workouts. These are my favorite ones!

6. Scrunchies

If you know a woman, she can never have to many of hair ties or bobby pins. These scrunchies will make a great gift for her to keep her hair out of her face/off her neck during workouts.

7. Hats

Hats or even head bands are great. If working out outside hats are amazing! Hats with pony tail holes are even better!

RECOVERY

  1. Foam rollers

Foam rolling is great for recovery and mobility work so this is something great to have on hand to keep the aches and pains at bay! This would be a perfect gift to give.

2. Stretching Strap

Another great gift for recovery is a stretching strap. This can be used in Yoga classes or even after a long workout for some assistance to get that extra stretch in.

3. Trigger Point Ball

Aches and pain some times needs a more aggressive approach and this little ball will be able to help give you some relief. If you want a tennis balls will do the same thing.

Accessories

  1. Jewelry

Something fun and I am sure they will love is a necklace that goes along with what their favorite workout is. If you check out this Etsy page check out more options.

2. Drink Coasters

How cool are these to have at your office or in your living room! They are all silicone and they have options of all black or colored like pictured. You can find them on Etsy Here!

3. AirPod case

Protect your headphones with this silicone case you can clip onto your keychain. So many color options to choose from also.

4. Watch bands

Make their outfit complete by letting them have their watch band coordinate with their Athletic wear.

There are many more options than you realize. I hope I can help you shop for your friend/family or help you complete your list this year. I know I will be adding these to my list for sure! Which is the top three you are adding to your list?
